Position Summary:
The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and catering. This role ensures high standards of food quality, service excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong operational expertise and a passion for hospitality.Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute the overall F&B strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead and inspire a team of managers, chefs, and service staff.
Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
Operational Management:
Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Monitor and improve service delivery across all dining outlets.
Implement and maintain SOPs, training programs, and quality control measures.
Financial Oversight:
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance targets.
Analyze financial statements and operational reports to identify trends and opportunities.

Guest Experience:

Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-outlet operations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification (preferred).
